Your organization is doing important work. Your website should reflect it.
Good Code Studio is offering up to two pro bono website partnerships for Houston-area nonprofits and community organizations that need a stronger online presence but may not have the budget for a custom website project right now. Applications close June 30, 2026. Only one to two organizations will be selected.
Whether your current website feels outdated, difficult to update, hard to navigate, or simply no longer reflects your mission — we’d love to hear your story.
Why We Created This Program
Many nonprofits are working with limited time, limited budgets, and small teams balancing a lot of responsibilities at once. Unfortunately, websites often become one more thing sitting on the back burner — even though they play such a major role in fundraising, visibility, volunteer engagement, and community trust.
This partnership program was created to help organizations gain access to thoughtful, professional web support without the cost of a traditional custom website project.
At Good Code Studio Services, we believe good websites should help organizations communicate clearly, build credibility, and make day-to-day management easier for the people running them.
We’re especially passionate about supporting:
- Community-focused nonprofits
- Arts and culture organizations
- Schools and youth programs
- Volunteer-led initiatives
- Small organizations making a meaningful local impact
What Houston Nonprofits Will Receive
Every organization has different goals, challenges, and technical needs, so each partnership is customized based on the project scope and priorities.
Selected organizations may receive:
- A custom WordPress website redesign
- Mobile-friendly responsive design
- Improved navigation and user experience
- Accessibility-focused development
- Basic SEO and performance optimization
- Content organization and strategy guidance
- Training and support for managing the website internally
Our process is rooted in long-term usability — not just creating something visually appealing, but building something your organization can realistically maintain moving forward.

Who This Partnership Is For
This program may be a great fit if:
- Your current website feels outdated
- Your organization has outgrown a DIY website
- Your site is difficult to update internally
- Your website no longer reflects your mission or impact
- You rely on volunteers or a very small team
- You’ve wanted to redesign your website but haven’t had the budget or internal capacity to do so
You do not need to have everything perfectly prepared before applying.
Simple answers are completely okay. We understand nonprofit teams are busy, and we care far more about your organization’s mission and goals than polished application responses.
